B.The Art of 5-elements Breathing: In Eastern Traditional Medicine & spiritual lineages , the speed, sensation and sound of one’s breathing can diagnose both physical and emotional conditions of one’s past, present and future. Living in a time of fast rhythm, mastering the breathing becomes the key of mastering the overall well-being. Step by step techniques of daily breathing awareness will be taught according to 5 different personality types in various postures of sitting, standing & walking. Self-discovery & transformation can be attained through the clarity & harmony of body, energy and consciousness. A map of transformation linking the core Yogic teachings of Zen,Tibetan, Taoist & Advaida traditions will be discussed in details for the first time in English: the stages of scapula breathing, rib-cage breathing, abdominal breathing,pelvic breathing, skin & cranial breathing & finally, the Universal or Samadhi breathing.
The step by stey training will including re-interpreting the ancient scriptures of "Yoga Sutra", "Tibetan Heart Sutra", & "Tao Te Ching" under the new illumination of transpersonal psychology principles.

Zen Yoga of Marrow Washing & Tendon Transformation: Discovering the in depth teaching of the ancient Zen Yoga Yijinjing from the legendary manuals of Tendon Transformation & Marrow-Washing of Bodhidharma. Through standing, sitting & floor postures, the freedom of the mind & heart can be realized from the 5 stages of point, line, plane, spherical & pure presence meditation. This workshop will feature a condensed short version of Yijinjing with many holistic health applications of its unique Qigong components.

"Illuminating traps toward transformation" - Discussion/Q&A Demystifying stages of Qigong, Chakra & Kundalini development & enlightenment through 3 stages of consciousness; recognizing the differences between manifested layers of the TRUE Self & the false selves in three areas: energy, emotion & awareness or Jing,Qi, Shen. Also, experiencing a 10 min "Mingxin Yoga" workout based on the ancient Zen yoga of Yijinjing credited to the legendary manuals of Tendon Transformation & Marrow-Washing of Bodhidharma.
B: Zen Yoga of Marrow Washing & Tendon Transformation Part One & Two: discovering the in depth teaching of the ancient Zen Yoga Yijinjing from the legendary manuals of Tendon Transformation & Marrow-Washing credited to Bodhidharma. Through standing, sitting & floor postures, the freedom of the mind & heart can be realized from the 5 stages of point, line, plane, spherical & pure presence awareness training.
Content: This course will feature a condensed short version of 12 Yijinjing excercises with unique Qigong components including keys of connecting the post-natal energy of the basic 12 meridians with pre-natal Prana, as well as lymph node detox meditation.
C. Energy Detox & Re-alignment of the Lymph Node & Immune Systems Combing voice vibration, spinal re-adjustment & meditation to detox & reconstruct the inner energy system.
D. Meridian Stretching. Combining the elements of Tibetan Yoga & Chinese Internal Martial Arts of Bagua, Taiji & Xingyi, using “universal circles” to improve & keep maximum flexibility. Topics including: visualization of pressure points during stretching, the hidden 64 3-dimensional circles, Navel-Spine connection. Practitioners in China have been obtaining unimaginable results. E. Tibetan Yoga Essentials: The revolutionary combination between the movements of Hatha, Kundalini yoga(training of the body and energy) and Tibetan Meditation of illuminating oneself from shadows of the past. This system emphasizes on the art of spinal motion-rocking, stretching, spiraling, and vibrating the spine. Learn ways of exercising the spine in various positions of six directions and 3 dimensions to massage all the related internal organs. Also covered will be Tibetan sitting and walking meditation.
F. The Heart of Zen Meditation: The basic views, meditation and writings of Zen will be taught and practiced, including the classic the “Heart Sutra”. A classical meditation from Tiantai Buddhism-the 6 steps of Breathing Observation will be used as a tool to contemplate the teachings of Zen in the depth of the psych: counting, following, pausing, observing, returning and being. The steps will be taught and practiced in details: Prerequisite: Only for meditation practitioner with over 3 yrs of CONSISTENT practice, and sufficient reading on meditation.
